Calendar and health device integrations can be disconnected anytime
Health data is deleted immediately when you disconnect a device

5. Subscription & Payments

celesti offers both free and Pro subscription tiers.

Pro Subscription:

Billed monthly or annually based on your selection
Automatically renews unless you cancel
You can cancel anytime from your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial months or unused time

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

celesti and all related trademarks, logos, and content are our property.

You retain ownership of your personal data and content. By using celesti, you grant us a license to process and use your data solely to provide the service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of celesti without permission.

7. Third-Party Integrations

celesti integrates with third-party services to enhance your productivity insights.

Supported integrations include:

Google Calendar: Read-only access to your calendar events for scheduling insights
Oura Ring: Read-only access to sleep, readiness, and health metrics via Oura Cloud API
Fitbit: Read-only access to activity, sleep, and heart rate data via Fitbit Web API
Garmin: Read-only access to wellness and activity data via Garmin Connect API
Apple Health: Read-only access to health and fitness data via HealthKit

Important Terms:

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies
We are not responsible for the practices, accuracy, or availability of third-party providers
You are responsible for complying with each provider's terms of service
You can disconnect any integration at any time from your settings
We are not liable for data sync failures or inaccuracies from third-party devices

For health device integrations specifically: We rely on data provided by these devices and their APIs. We do not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of health metrics from connected devices.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to celesti.

We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
Pose a security or legal risk

Upon termination, your access to celesti will cease, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policies.

Device data accuracy: Health data from connected devices (Oura, Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Health) is not verified or validated by celesti
No liability for health decisions: We are not responsible for any health-related decisions or outcomes based on using celesti
